Analysis and Explanation of Common Accuracy Values for Constant Temperature and Humidity Testing Boxes

Date:2023-12-29

The constant temperature and humidity test box consists of an air cooler and a water cooler. The accuracy of temperature control is usually based on air humidity. The total temperature control area available for this type of system software is very small, while the temperature control room with universal accuracy requirements is very small. What are the commonly used values for analyzing the accuracy of constant temperature and humidity test boxes? The following instructions are for reference and understanding:

1. Humidity resolution accuracy: 0.1% RH (i.e. humidity range can be resolved to one decimal place)

2. Humidity control accuracy: 2% RH (i.e. humidity target value controlled within this range)

3. Temperature resolution accuracy: 0.01 ℃ (i.e. temperature range can be resolved to two decimal places)

4. Temperature control accuracy: 0.2 ℃ (i.e. temperature target) value controlled within; Within the range of 0.2 ℃, the control range is small because the control accuracy is high in industry

5. Humidity uniformity: 3% RH (+2, -3% RH)

6. Temperature uniformity: 2 ℃ According to the national standard, the temperature of each constant temperature and humidity testing box equipment shall not be less than or equal to 2 ℃ (i.e. the equipment has 9 points within the temperature range).

. If the inner box is calibrated on time (for example, the set temperature is 85 ℃; the maximum temperature cannot exceed 87 ℃, and the minimum temperature cannot exceed 83 ℃), it meets the standard. If it exceeds this temperature range, judgment will be made. 7. Humidity fluctuation: 2%. The algorithm for this fluctuation is to subtract the low point from the high point of the temperature by 2, and it is equal to the temperature within 0.5 ℃ required by the national standard
