Product Usage
The dust-proof test box conducts dust-proof and dust-resistant tests on various spare parts, mainly testing (F) floating dust and (C) flowing dust. The tested spare parts include car lights, instruments, seat adjusters, electrical dust covers, lamps, steering system component shafts, door locks, etc., to test the impact of dust adhesion or intrusion on the performance of the spare parts.
Equipment Characteristics
The inner box material is made of stainless steel SUS304, ensuring that it will not rust during long-term testing.
The sealing strip of the box door adopts a whole design to ensure that sand and dust will not leak out during the test process.
Large observation window for easy observation of the condition of the tested sample inside the test chamber.
